Plumbing Technician

$25-35 hourly + uncapped commission | Pompano Beach, FL | Residential and Commercial

Mainline Plumbing, AC & Electrical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Sales Technician to join our growing team. If you're a skilled plumbing professional who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while maximizing your earning potential, we'd like to hear from you.

In this role, you'll assess plumbing issues, present repair and replacement solutions, and help residential and commercial customers make informed decisions about their plumbing needs. • Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing system issues
• Present repair and replacement options to customers
• Sell plumbing services, repairs, and system upgrades
• Educate customers on available solutions and recommendations
• Create estimates on services for customers
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience required
• Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing is preferred
• ITCP or other plumbing certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proven ability to build trust with customers and close sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Competitive hourly pay: $25-$35 per hour
