Plumbing Installation Technician, Residential & Commercial Projects $30-$35 Per Hour + Commission | Pompano Beach, FL

Mainline Plumbing, AC & Electrical is looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer who wants to stay focused on what they do best - solving complex plumbing challenges and delivering high-quality installation work. This role is built for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands the details of the trade, and enjoys working on challenging projects without the responsibility of managing a team.

You’re trusted to handle a variety of residential and commercial plumbing projects, including replacements, upgrades, renovations, and advanced installation work. • Complete plumbing installations for residential and commercial projects
• Perform rough‑in and finish plumbing work
• Install piping, fixtures, equipment, and related plumbing components
• Review plans, blueprints, and project requirements before beginning work
• Ensure installations meet applicable codes, company standards, and customer expectations
• Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Coordinate with other technicians, contractors, and trades as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite

• 4+ years of plumbing installation experience
• Residential and commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation techniques
• Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
• Detail‑oriented approach with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
