Mainline Plumbing, AC and Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate repair options clearly to customers. This position is designed for a technician who understands HVAC systems, can accurately diagnose problems, and has the confidence to recommend the right solutions.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will work directly with residential and commercial customers to troubleshoot equipment issues, complete service work, and provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and system replacements. Successful candidates will be comfortable explaining options, building customer trust, and delivering quality workmanship.

- Present repair and replacement options to customers
- Sell HVAC services, repairs, and system upgrades
- Educate customers on available solutions and recommendations
- Perform HVAC service work as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- 3 or more years of HVAC experience
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems is preferred
- EPA Certification and refrigerant handling experience is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, components, and troubleshooting methods
- Ability to communicate repair recommendations and pricing options effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
