Overview
Key responsibilities include drywall repair, painting, and performing light plumbing, electrical repairs, and normal/regular hi-rise building maintenance. This role requires expertise with hand/power tools, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.

Core Drywall Responsibilities:

• Installation:Measuring, cutting, and securing drywall sheets (panels) to wood or metal studs using screws or nails.
• Finishing (Taping/Mudding):Applying joint compound (mud) and tape to seams, followed by multiple coats of compound to create a seamless surface.
• Repair & Patching:Repairing cracks, water damage, and holes, including matching existing wall textures (e.g., orange peel, knockdown).
• Sanding:Smoothing dried compound for a paint-ready, flawless finish.

Core Maintenance Duties:

• Painting:Applying primer and paint to repaired areas or entirely new walls.
• General Repairs:Fixing doors, trim, lighting fixtures, minor plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Site Maintenance:Cleaning work areas, setting up, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Physical Strength:Ability to lift heavy drywall panels and work on ladders.
• Tool Proficiency:Experience with drywall saws, T-squares, screw guns, utility knives, trowels, and sanders, drills, hand tools, power tools, etc..
• Skill Set:Knowledge of construction methods, attention to detail, and ability to read blueprints is .
• Other:All other duties as assigned.
