We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Laborer to provide labor support for the Renovation team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for completing all assignments, maintaining work areas, and being an all-around problem solver. This position plays a key role in providing important services to our residents while helping promote John Knox Village's mission.

You will be responsible for completing all assignments, maintaining work areas, and being an all-around problem solver. This position plays a key role in providing important services to our residents while helping promote John Knox Village's mission.
Here are some additional highlights you'll want to know about the individuals we seek:
- 3+ years of experience in labor work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work during all weather conditions
- Valid FL driver's license
- Someone who likes being part of a team; contributes as an active team member; helps out the team as needed
