ROOFING CREWS, ROOFERS & HELPERS WANTED | YEAR-ROUND WORK | POMPANO BEACH

Location: Pompano Beach, FL & Southeast Florida

We are looking for experienced roofing crews, individual roofers, and motivated helpers for steady, year-round work throughout Southeast Florida.

Experience with
tile, shingle, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems is especially valuable.

Experienced employee roofers may qualify for piece-rate compensation
, providing excellent earning potential based on productivity and experience.

Experienced Roofer Earning Potential: $60,000–$100,000+ annually

You must be comfortable working outdoors, working at heights, performing physical labor, and following all company safety requirements.

Independent contractors must meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements. Subcontracting opportunities are separate from employee positions and are subject to approval and availability.
