Hoerbiger is seeking a Maintenance A Technician for 1st Shift in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and support safe, reliable plant operations. You will interpret technical drawings, perform root-cause analysis, and complete work orders and documentation with precision. Working in our engineering-driven, safety-focused environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement and long-term equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately
- Support and follow plant safety procedures and standards
- Assist with root-cause analysis and reliability improvements
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Participate in continuous improvement and 5
- S activities on the shop floor
