JOB OVERVIEW As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, installing, and servicing a wide variety of commercial equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Commercial HVAC
• Air Handling Systems (ALS)
• Commercial Refrigeration
• Commercial Cooking Equipment
• Commercial Kitchen Equipment You will work directly with customers and internal teams to identify equipment issues, determine the appropriate repair or service, communicate recommendations, and complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and professionally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Equipment Service & Repair
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, air handling, and cooking equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Service a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including:o Ovenso Walk-in coolers and freezerso Reach-in refrigerationo Dishmachineso Fryerso Mixerso Tilt skilletso Steam equipmento Cooking equipmento HVAC systems and air handling units
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, gas, and related equipment issues.
• Read and interpret equipment schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform testing on equipment, electrical circuits, and systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, dispatchers, and fellow employees.
• Develop strong customer rapport and understand the customer's equipment, service, and repair needs.
• Clearly explain equipment issues, recommended repairs, parts, and service requirements.
• Identify and communicate opportunities involving aging, inefficient, or obsolete equipment that may require replacement.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

WORK MANAGEMENT & DOCUMENTATION
• Complete assigned service calls and work orders accurately and within established time frames.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Manage parts and materials needed to complete assigned jobs.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory in an organized and professional manner.
