Sales Service Plumber

Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing is seeking a skilled Sales Service Plumber to join our Construction industry Skilled Labor team. Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled and emergency residential and light commercial plumbing service calls in the field
• Diagnose plumbing issues, explain findings to customers, and present clear repair and replacement options
• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of fixtures, piping, valves, and water heaters to code and company standards
• Recommend and sell system upgrades, maintenance plans, and value-added services that improve performance and reliability
• Use plumbing diagnostic tools and mobile software to document work, create estimates, and close out work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are in safe working condition
• Follow all safety, environmental, and code requirements on every job site
• Collaborate with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to manage daily schedule and ensure timely service
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing with professionalism and integrity
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to stay current with products, codes, and best practices

Required Skills

• Residential and light commercial plumbing diagnosis and repair

• Drain cleaning and basic sewer line troubleshooting
• Reading and interpreting plumbing codes and schematics
