Shuttle Bus Driver

John Knox Village of Florida in Pompano Beach is hiring a Full-Time Shuttle Bus Driver. This on-site role provides direct interaction with residents and requires safe, customer-focused transportation to support daily living in a Life Care Retirement Community.

• Safely transport residents in a shuttle bus, assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle and ensuring seat belts are fastened.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and anticipate residents' transportation needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle (interior and exterior) and comply with all traffic laws.
• Deliver exceptional transportation experiences that contribute to residents' well-being and sense of community.

Full-Time, typically 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

• CDL license with passenger endorsement
• Safe driving record
• Minimum 3 years of passenger driving experience, including transporting passengers in wheelchairs
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English
