Job Summary:

The Yard Jockey Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving trailersbetween yard and warehouse dock doors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routineinspection and preventative maintenance to maintain operation of mule
• Ability to read and interpret operating and procedural manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Able to receive,understand, and execute instructions via radio to accommodate logisticalneeds
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) class A with clean record
• 1year of tractor trailer driving experience
• CleanMVR
• Abilityto meet all state and Federal DOT regulations
• Mustbe able to follow all company guidelines
• Mustpass all drug/alcohol screenings
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must beable to operate an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, two-wheelhand truck
• Abilityto work independently with little supervision in a team environment

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Nearlyall work is performed outdoors; must be able to perform duties in all weather conditions
• Userepetitive motions, using upper and lower extremities, mount and dismountequipment
• The position may require the driver to sit for prolonged periods of time whileoperating the mule
