Note: About The Role:
We are an industrial electrical distributor and panel shop seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Specialist to support our Pompano Beach location. This position is currently being offered on a temporary basis with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on business needs. As the sole warehouse team member onsite, you will work independently while reporting to the local Operations Supervisor.

The ideal candidate can manage day-to-day warehouse operations, interact with our ERP system, and assist in other business areas as needed.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Perform shipping, receiving, picking, put-aways, staging, and general inventory tasks.
• Make local deliveries as needed.
• Accurately enter transactions into the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Supervisor and other departments.
• Support other business functions as needed with a flexible, team-oriented approach.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude will be considered.
• Ability to learn and work within an ERP system.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Adaptability and willingness to support various operational needs.
