Job Summary:

The Export Selector is responsible for hand picking product sand transporting items using industrial equipment to specified location for shipment. The job will include, but not be limited to:

• Receive orders from Export Clerk
• Accurately and efficiently pick orders and stack merchandise on pallets
• Must check quality of product being selected
• Place case labels upright on cases
• Meet or exceed minimum established production levels
• Follow health and safety policies and quality control standards

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Previous selector experience (Preferred)
• Ability to operate industrial equipment (forklift & pallet jack)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision in a team environment
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Physical Requirements /Work Environment:

• Work to be performed in a warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from
  -22 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
• Regular lifting of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50+ pounds, occasional climbing of ladders, usage of pallet jacks
• Job frequently requires handling objects with hands, standing, walking; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
