YARD LABOR

Overview

Yard Laborer – maintain cleanliness of the plant, yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom, and dispose of trash. Motivated individuals are invited to join the team.

Hourly Pay: $16.00/hr.

Shift(s): Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Location: Pompano Beach, FL, 33069

• Maintain work areas, bathrooms, breakroom, offices, and frequently touched equipment.
• Pick up debris and garbage and dispose of them properly.
• Communicate directly with plant management on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail to promote safety for yourself and others.

Environment characteristics include working in extreme conditions (heat, cold, particulate), periodically lifting 50‑75 pounds, and adapting body positions (bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, standing). Noise levels vary by location. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required: eye protection, ear protection, and safety shoes. Vision requirements include near vision, distance vision, and color vision.
