Pay: $30–$35 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k) plan, paid training, bonuses, overtime, and advancement opportunities.

Full‑time role with variable shifts based on project needs. Expect a consistent workload managing multiple job sites throughout the week.

• Arrive on site ready to lead the crew to success.
• Ensure new hires receive proper training and oversee Field Training to complete efficiently.
• Monitor job progress and crew performance, making adjustments to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain detailed records of attendance, performance evaluations, and accurate time tracking.
• Verify that all company MSDS books, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are present in vans and that job site signs are properly placed and removed.
• Manage materials, resolve customer questions, and communicate concerns to the Owner and Supervisor.
• Ensure full payment is received on the last day, collect customer signatures on Quality Assurance Forms, and gather feedback surveys to improve service.
