You will be front and center helping our customers by repairing, replacing, and installing commercial and residential garage doors and operators
. You’ll put customers at ease by clearly explaining service options and ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and correctly.
- Diagnose and repair commercial and residential garage doors, operators, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, springs, and hardware.
- Install new doors, operators, and commercial‑grade systems safely and efficiently.
- Educate the customer by clearly explaining repair options, preventative solutions, and completed work.
- Sell services, repairs, and new equipment using the proven good/better/best model to present solutions and collect payment.
- Manage inventory by maintaining tools, parts, and inventory in your company vehicle.
- Maximize your time by efficiently managing your day while fully addressing customer needs.
- Deliver quality work by completing every job correctly the first time.
- Wow the customer by providing professional service that leads to positive reviews.
- Commit to safety by following safe driving and work practices at all times.
- Prior commercial garage door experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in heat, cold, and non‑climate‑controlled environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow established processes.
- Reliability and professionalism.
