Position: Certified Grades 9 - 12 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ponca City, Oklahoma

A full-time, on-site Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) or SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) position is available in a school setting in Ponca City, OK. This opportunity is ideal for professionals certified to work with students across various grade levels, including K‑5, 6‑8, and 9‑12. The role requires delivering speech and language services primarily to elementary students within a General Education environment.

Work Schedule And Caseload
  • Full-time hours from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch break
  • Immediate start date
  • Current caseload includes approximately 50 elementary students (Pre‑K through 5th grade)
  • Services focus on mild to moderate articulation and language needs
  • Students receive pull‑out or push‑in services while spending most of their day in general education classrooms
Qualifications And Experience
  • Certification as an SLP or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
  • Experience working with school‑age children, preferably across multiple grade levels (K‑5, 6‑8, 9‑12)
  • Ability to support students with articulation and language disorders in a school setting
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with teachers and staff
Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech‑language therapy services aligned with students IEP goals
  • Monitor and document student progress effectively
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to support inclusion and student success
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of students with varying levels of difficulty
