IT Specialist - Tier 2

This role serves as the primary on-site point of contact for technology support at a mid-sized manufacturing organization in Ponca City. The Desktop Support Technician will provide first- and second-level support to office, engineering, and manufacturing employees, ensuring the reliable and secure use of company endpoints and collaboration tools. The technician will work closely with local leadership and centralized technology teams to minimize disruptions and deliver consistent support.

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to office, engineering, and manufacturing employees, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through resolution or appropriate escalation, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Support the reliable and secure use of company endpoints, shared workstations, kiosks, and peripherals to enhance employee productivity.
• Collaborate with local leadership and centralized technology teams to address technical challenges and minimize disruptions in operations.

• Proven experience in Level 2 support roles, specifically with the Microsoft tech stack, in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage incidents and service requests effectively, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Experience providing technical support in both office and manufacturing settings, with a focus on minimizing operational disruptions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and leadership effectively.
