Job DetailsTitle: KNES OFFICE MANAGER
Immediate Supervisor: KNES Director
Controlling Supervisor: Chair
Status: FULL TIME/REGULAR
Location: Ponca City, OK
QualificationsMust have a High School diploma. Prefer a Degree in Business Administration, or related field. At least two (2) years experience in administration with at least two (2) years supervisory experience required. Must have excellent computer and communication skills. Tribal/Cultural experience a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable. Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Supervise KNES office employees, which includes reception, intake, compliance, and education specialists.
- Assist with coordination of all programs and events under the KNES umbrella.
- Able to initiate and complete tasks with little to no supervision while multitasking.
- Experience in a social work setting working with diverse families.
- Assist with development and implementation of KNES policies and procedures.
- Completes any other duties assigned by the immediate/controlling supervisor.
All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation (post hire) to submit to an employment drug screen. Failure to pass the post hire drug screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.
