Job Title and Location

Scaffold Lead Technician – Ponca City, OK, Brand Safway.

$28.00/hour.

Full time.

• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre‑job planning.
• Minimum of five years experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years assisting the Foreperson with supervision in a crew leader capacity.

• Direct field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Act as the front‑line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
• Assist the Foreperson with supervising craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.

• Minimum of five years experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years experience assisting the Foreperson with supervising crew personnel.
• Experience in field take‑off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre‑job planning.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
