We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems and production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of mechanical and basic electrical maintenance experience and be committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and building systems

* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime

* Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations

* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

* Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting

* Ability to use hand and power tools safely

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Dependable and able to work independently

Requirements:

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

* Background check required

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
