We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling ductwork components according to CAD drawings and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assemble ductwork according to CAD prints and specifications

* Operate foam spraying equipment to insulate ductwork

* Trim excess foam insulation using saws and hand tools

* Caulk welded seams to ensure proper sealing

* Pressure wash ductwork to remove debris and prepare for final use

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Construction knowledge required

* Must be able to accurately read a tape measure

* Experience operating grinders, table saws, drills, hack saws, caulking guns, and other power tools

* Ability to problem solve and work independently

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

* Team-oriented mindset
