Position: In Home Healthcare -  Private Duty Nurse LPN - Alternating Weeks

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Our local office in Ponca City, OK is looking for a compassionate team of nurses to provide skilled home‑care for a special child client. This is a full‑time, part‑time, or PRN role with flexible scheduling.

Schedule & Setting

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (7 a‑3 p m) alternating weeks. Low‑acuity care with feeding tube and medication administration.

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification (hands‑on component)
  • TB skin test current within the last 12 months
  • Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
  • One‑to‑one patient care in the home environment
  • Execute physicians‑prescribed plan of care with compliant documentation in the system of record
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training for family members
