Registered Nurse RN

Reports to Director of Nurses.

Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? Are you an experienced home health Registered Nurse? By joining our team you will provide one‑on‑one patient care, re‑evaluate patients’ nursing needs regularly, initiate necessary revisions to care plans, furnish specialized nursing services, schedule preventive and rehabilitative procedures, prepare clinical and progress notes, coordinate services, inform physicians and other personnel of changes in patient condition, counsel patients and families, participate in in‑service programs, and supervise and teach other nursing personnel.

• Licensed as an RN by the state Board of Nursing.
• Preferred one year of clinical experience in home health, medical, surgical, or critical care.
• At least 18 years old with good physical stamina and mental health.
• Passes pre‑employment background and health screening.
• Licensed driver with insured, working automobile.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and clear oral and written communication.
• Shows flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations.

• Provides skilled assessment, teaching, interventions, and treatments.
• Sets up individualized care plans and supervises other clinicians.
• Coordinates care with patients, caregivers, other clinicians, and physicians.
• Participates in company‑related meetings and in‑services.
• Assists with needs for more than one branch office.
