We’re looking for a dependable night shift LPN who takes pride in their work and is ready to be part of a team that does the same!
What You'll Do- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, CMAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance

- Consistent Schedule
- Current LPN License
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, team-oriented
