Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns;
Monitor access points and observe site conditions, documenting incidents and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local contacts;
Support daily operations by following post orders, reporting maintenance or hazard concerns, and assisting with security-related needs across varying work environments and conditions
