Assembly Electrical Integration Technician

We are seeking skilled Electrical Integration Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Ponca City, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical integration and testing of well servicing equipment during the manufacturing process, working with both low voltage and medium voltage gear.

The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may."

• Complete electrical integration of well servicing equipment, ensuring all work meets engineering and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of electrical systems, including low and medium voltage gear, to verify functionality and identify issues.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Perform medium voltage terminations accurately and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both low voltage and medium voltage systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and efficient manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate records of integration and testing activities
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

Position requirements include successfully passing background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). Daily in-person, predictable attendance is required.

Education/experience level includes a high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Two to five years of electrical experience is preferred, with mid-level experience in electrical integration and testing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications, skills, competencies, and abilities include proficiency in reading and following electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, hands-on experience with medium voltage terminations, strong troubleshooting skills for both low and medium voltage systems, knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety standards, effective communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and ability to read a measuring tape.

Physical requirements and work environment include daily walking, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching, and squatting/kneeling. Work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB, and inclement weather, including extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Employees are required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Must be able to lift 49 lbs.

independently and 50 - 100 lbs. with a team lift. Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
