Field Technician

• Install customer service drops or outlets at residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot drops or outlets, diagnose and repair performance issues.
• Verify upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises.
• Proactively suggest upgrades of existing services and educate customers about new or existing equipment.
• Travel may be required and per diem will be provided.
• Accept additional responsibilities to advance company purpose, brand principles, and organizational value.

• Work Tuesday through Saturday on a route.
• Maintain a good driving record and hold a valid driver’s license in the state of application.
• Be flexible to work overtime and on‑call as needed.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills, listen to customers, and present solutions positively.
• Ability to work in confined areas, lift up to 100 lbs, use a ladder, and work in all weather conditions.
• Have at least 3 months of customer service or related experience, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
