Dorada Foods - Ponca City is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration and related systems, keep temperatures within spec for food safety, and complete PMs and work orders with accurate documentation. You will support HACCP and USDA compliance.
High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years ammonia refrigeration or 4+ years HVAC/R; EPA universal cert or obtain within 90 days; RETA 1 & 2 preferred; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold areas.
