We are looking for a candidate who has excellent supervisory experience and is not afraid to get hands dirty. Salary will be based on experience.

• Oversee construction projects, materials, and workers on site.
• Execute residential construction tasks including drywall, doors, hardware, flooring, framing, trim, crown molding, fixture installation, and related activities.
• Participate in and supervise carpenters to ensure safety and quality, while coordinating and prioritizing shop and field work.

Ability to communicate orally with project management, coworkers, subordinates, and other tradespeople.

Regular use of a variety of carpentry tools is essential. Standing or kneeling for extended periods is common. Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs. occasionally is required. Good manual dexterity for use of common construction materials, carpentry tools, and scaffolding.

The job may be performed both indoors and outdoors in residential settings, including possible hazardous conditions on and around scaffolding or a construction site. Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur. Activities include extended periods of standing or kneeling and extensive work with masonry tools, measuring devices, and machinery.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years residential construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
