Republic Finance is looking to hire a team of Collection Associates at our Call Center Operations department in Ponchatoula, LA! Are you looking for a call center position with a clear path for career growth

This customer focused position starts at $16.50/hr (DOE) plus a monthly bonus earning up to 2,500
! Our bonus structure is crafted to ensure success for everyone! This position will be in-office and requires some amount of flexibility. Below are the 2 different available shifts.

• Monday/Tuesday 7 am - 4 pm and Wednesday/Thursday 12 pm - 9 pm and a rotating Friday 8 am - 5 pm or Friday 1 pm - 5 pm and Saturday 8 am - 12 pm.
• Monday/Tuesday 12 pm - 9 pm and Wednesday/Thursday 7 am - 4 pm and a rotating Friday 8 am - 5 pm or Friday 1 pm - 5 pm and Saturday 8 am - 12 pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COLLECTION ASSOCIATE We give you all of the tools that you need to succeed and grow within our Call Center Operations department! As a Collections Associate, you get to go through a 3 week on the job paid training program in which you learn all of the ins and outs of call center operations.

Your main focus is communicating with our customers over the phone to help them get back on track with their monthly loan payments. You will actively find new ways to assist by listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best payment solution for them.

You handle a variety of tasks that contribute to your success and the success of the call center, including, taking loan payments over the phone, working out of 3 main computer systems, answering inbound and outbound calls through an automatic dialer system all while promoting our core values, and ensure an outstanding client experience. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized with effective time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor is required
• Must meet our acceptable standards for credit check, criminal background history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
