Magee Financial, a trusted regional lender for over 60 years, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Loan Officer to join our team. We want someone with the confidence and skill to hit the ground running—finding customers, originating loans, and collecting with professionalism—while bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to learning and growth.

We make and service both consumer installment and real estate loans, and we’re building a team of top performers who know how to work hard, have fun, and succeed together.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, lending, or a high-performance sales environment
  • Excellent people skills – able to connect quickly, build trust, and maintain strong relationships
  • Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with loan collections and proactive customer outreach—in the field, on the phone, and in person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and close consumer and real estate loans
  • Proactively seek new business and develop a dependable loan portfolio
  • Collect and service loans in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
Skills & Tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Experience with or ability to learn loan management systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with a drive for results
