Production Associate

(Ponchatoula, LA):
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Production Associate (Filler Head Operator) to oversee and support production line operations. This role is responsible for operating the filler head position, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and overall performance of the entire production line. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, mechanically inclined, and capable of taking ownership of line production.

• Operate and monitor the filler head position to ensure consistent and accurate product output
• Maintain efficiency and minimize downtime on the production line
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot operational issues as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Document production data and report any irregularities to supervision

• Previous manufacturing or production line experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn filler head operations quickly
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Ability to lead by example and take ownership of line performance
• Dependable, motivated, and capable of working independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to train and advance within the role

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
