Sales Manager – Drive Technology (Gears & Winches) | North & South America
Location: Remote Eligible (Field-Based, U.S. & International Travel)
Compensation: $80K–$90K + Bonus (DOE)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge in drive technology. This role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales, and leading commercial and technical negotiations across North and South America. You will implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with both internal teams and customers to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales of gears & winches across North and South America
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement teams
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with inside sales on quotes, invoices, and operational tasks
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- 3–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in drive technology
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of gears, winches, or engineered products
- Proven experience negotiating with customer procurement teams
- Ability to travel extensively in the U.S. and internationally (>50% of time)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in technical sales or with Sage software
- Prior experience managing strategic sales plans and client accounts
- Strategic sales planning and market opportunity identification
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
