Technician Service

Under direct supervision, the technician repairs, inspects, and constructs standard and custom systems for hydraulic, electrical, hydromechanical, and mechanical systems.

• Perform maintenance on customer products entrusted to the service workshop.
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect system components for repairs.
• Establish a diagnosis of system components and recommend a solution to the client.
• Prepare the list of parts and work required to perform the repair.
• Design, manufacture, machine, and weld parts and components.
• Repair hydraulic, hydromechanical, electrical, and mechanical systems, and other related items.
• Assemble new and repaired equipment.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning and prepare for shipment or long-term storage.
• Assist clients by answering certain technical questions to understand the work to be done.
• Occasionally provide quotes or take orders from clients.
• Complete other tasks assigned to them.

Typically requires a high school diploma or general education diploma.

• Ability to read hydraulic system schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to safely operate workshop equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

• Push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Lift/carry up to 100 pounds
• Lift bulky objects
• Rotate neck, rotate torso, climb stairs, repetitive bending, kneeling, crouching, stretching, reaching, stretching and lifting, climb ladders, crawl
• Working conditions may be indoors and/or outdoors. Noise levels may be high occasionally.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Valid driver's license.
