AP Analyst – Direct Hire

Ponte Vedra, FL (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $65,000

Vaco is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a professional accounting team. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and supports financial transactions, reporting, and month-end close using Net Suite.

• Process and review invoices for coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Manage high-volume AP (250–500 invoices monthly).
• Prioritize payments, process check requests, and handle vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and prepare journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Support 1099 reporting and annual audit requests.
• Maintain organized AP documentation and files.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years full‑cycle AP required.
• Experience with Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Dynamics AX required.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organization and time‑management skills.
• Problem‑solver with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
