Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Faith Formation. This full-time role supports the Faith Formation Director with program administration, sacramental coordination, and communications for families, volunteers, and diocesan staff.
You will manage registrations (~200 students), track attendance and stewardship hours, assist with Vacation Bible School, and help maintain records and safety procedures.
