POSITION SUMMARY

Key position supporting the National Account Directors, Regional Vice Presidents, District Sales Managers, and our sales force with a wide range of sales and pricing reports and analytics. Reports to the Director of Strategic Pricing and Contracting. Will provide insights and recommendations on pricing levels throughout the US.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains customer hospital network and GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) affiliations and contracted pricing in Net Suite.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, by identifying, researching, and resolving pricing issues.
  • Helps create and maintain templates and tools (RFP response framework) needed for contract negotiations and pricing analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
  • Performs a wide variety of ad hoc analysis and projects on pricing and customer trends, among other needs.
  • Provides analysis and support for continuous improvement projects.
  • Manages of online hospital system product submissions.
  • Participates in continuous improvement projects, enhancing pricing systems, and optimizing workflows.
  • Other responsibilities as required by department expansion.
KNOWLEDGE

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong financial analysis skills and judgement, including the ability to conceptualize and model complex inquiries and requests, sometimes with incomplete information.
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills including working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with a particular emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent customer service mindset: responsive, respectful, and focused on positive collaboration.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with the pricing team and across the organization, fostering open communication and shared accountability for achieving common goals.
  • Naturally curious and forward-thinking, with a mindset that challenges the status quo to support ongoing innovation and team growth.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including the ability to address diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner.
  • Skilled in building collaborative relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders to align pricing and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with Net Suite, sales automation tools and/or online product submissions a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered instead of degree.
  • Two years’ (2) experience as a financial analyst, sales operations analyst, pricing analyst or related role. Medical Device related role preferred.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
