The Associate Product Manager - Digital collaborates and supports the Product Management team in driving the specification, development and roll-out of new products for PGA TOUR’s digital platforms. This role uses analytics, user experience, fan feedback and technology to evolve and improve the digital experience of our fans, in support of helping the Digital Product & Operations team meet their goals.

The Associate Product Manager will work closely the Product & Project team, internal stakeholders and internal/external technology partners to successfully implement and support new platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years' related experience preferable in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing, or digital content/operations in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple teams and at varying levels throughout the organization
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
  • Experience working across many departments (Operations, Content Development, UX/UI, Video and Fan/Customer Support) to get work done
  • Experience working with groups such such as Engineers, Content Developers, UX/UI, Video and Fan/Customer Support
  • Familiarity with software development life-cycle methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile Sports background knowledge/background
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Supports and collaborates with the projects and product management team to document product objectives and define scope
  • Conducts research and analyzes competition to represent fan needs and business goals, then translating those needs and goals into product recommendations
  • Assists in translating recommendations from stakeholders to product requirements and drives implementation
  • Engages technology teams to support additional research to determine the best technical implementation methods and schedules
  • Performs User Acceptance Testing and provides feedback to project and product team prior to implementation
  • In collaboration with the product team, creates and maintains support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Monitors product KPIs and ensure product goals are being met; identifies opportunities for product enhancements based on results
  • Performs relevant or necessary on-going system configurations and operational tasks to support the product/platform
  • Leads training efforts for Operations teams in troubleshooting issues for newly deployed products
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
