We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of small, specialty construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and internal teams to ensure efficient use of resources
• Source and manage subcontractors who perform site prep, structural, masonry, plumbing, or electrical elements of the projects
• Oversee site safety, ensuring OSHA compliance and proactive risk management

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Committment to delivering only the highest quality work
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards
