The Waterpark Greeter serves as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive and welcoming experience. This role is responsible for warmly greeting guests, verifying identification and guest passes, providing information about park amenities, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable arrival for all visitors.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Greet residents and guests warmly and efficiently check them in at park entrances to ensure a seamless experience.
- Inspect bags and coolers thoroughly to ensure compliance with park policies and identify prohibited items.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns regarding park rules in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Use computer systems to accurately verify resident access and process guest passes.
- Report any suspicious or unusual activity to a manager or supervisor immediately.
- Excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure clear and effective interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Dependable and punctual, consistently upholding reliability in all responsibilities.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal position
Work Location: On-Site
ScheduleVaried hours to include weekends, nights, and holidays as required Monday through Sunday
