Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Credit Collections Analyst to manage credit risk, financial analysis, and collections activities within an assigned business line. This role plays a key part in protecting company assets while supporting strong customer relationships and business growth.
This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Ponte Vedra Beach with long-term potential and career growth.
What You’ll Do- Perform credit reviews and financial analysis using data from multiple sources to evaluate risk and recommend credit limits or payment terms
- Monitor customer accounts and initiate collection outreach on past-due balances
- Recommend account actions including credit line adjustments, account holds, or placement with third-party collections
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams (Sales, AR, Legal) and external finance partners
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies or payment issues
- Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting
- Partner with leadership on escalations and process improvements
- Senior Analysts may assist with credit policy development and expanded credit authorization
- Analyst: 3+ years of commercial credit &collections experience
- Senior Analyst: 7+ years of experience
- Experience analyzing financial statements and credit risk
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of liens or security instruments is a plus
