Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid - Ponte Vedra, FL (2-3 days onsite) (Local only)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire

Needs good comms, it''s a small team and this person will interface with the business/stakeholder to help have a say on their Salesforce environment. Not targeting Dev/admins. Targeting more Sr. Devs that have some design / architecture experience. This role will work under the direction of our Senior Director Salesforce to design, develop, and maintain our comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for leveraging technology to advance our organizational mission. Looking for someone who has led or been a part of an implementation of Salesforce or Salesforce modules.

• This role will be tasked with helping identify gaps in the current use of the tool and make recommendations on enhancements and best practices
• This person also needs to be hands to keyboard and skilled with SF integration
• Specifically, Apex Automation
• This role will be business facing so strong communication is required

• This hire is intended to serve as a Senior/Architect-level developer.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead or guide others.
• Frequent interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners.
• Looking for someone who can take ownership of their work; minimal hand holding.

• Full project lifecycle ownership from design to deployment.
• Work within a new Dev Ops pipeline using Gearset.
• Manage and run multiple deployment pipelines.
• Lead Salesforce development initiatives with high autonomy.

Core Salesforce Skills:

• Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Apex, configuration, and platform development
• CSS and UI customization
• Experience with complex Salesforce integrations

Platform & Integrations:

• AWS experience is a plus
• Integrations between Salesforce Cloud, LMS, and KPI reporting
• Pulling and transforming data between systems

Dev Ops:

• Gearset deployment pipelines
• Understanding of CI/CD and release management best practices
