Twice is seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. This role leads the Technical Support Engineering team for providing engineering support for network connectivity and other related technologies. Responsibilities include maximizing system uptime and monitoring operations while managing the team and strategic improvements.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with significant experience in Information Systems and server administration. Familiarity with golf and PGA TOUR is an advantage.
