Position: Account Coordinator (Marketing Agency)

Ponte Vedra, FL (Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in office, remainder remote)

This is not a behind-the-scenes job. You will be on Zoom meetings, phone calls, and email regularly with clients. You’ll run strategy sessions and ensure your team delivers everything we promise on time.

What You’ll Be Doing Champion Client Success
  • Act as the main point of contact and strategist for Bambiz Marketing Plus clients (up to 60+)
  • Respond promptly to client requests (via email, phone, and Zoom) to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Be extremely well-versed in Meta/Facebook/IG Ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
  • Ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their results.
  • You’ll be a department head and oversee specialists (1-2 people), responsible for tasks like Facebook/Instagram ad setup and optimization, funnel building, and campaign management for a large volume of clients (60+).
  • Conduct daily team huddles (using Slack/Zoom) to set priorities and ensure everyone understands their tasks.
  • Provide hands‑on mentorship, including bi‑weekly 1:1s, helping team members sharpen skills and feel motivated about their work.
  • Step in when workloads spike, keeping client deliverables on track.
Optimize Marketing Campaigns
  • Provide guidance to your team,
    ensuring effective oversight and QA checks of Meta ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor your team on data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing campaign performance and offering strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate on testing new creative strategies, automations, and landing pages, refining each to boost client ROI.
  • Track all ad spend meticulously, ensuring no overspending and that every budget dollar is utilized effectively.
Refine & Document Processes
  • Maintain up‑to‑date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in our internal knowledge base (Notion).
  • Ensure no knowledge is “black‑boxed.”
    Any team member can quickly learn and replicate successful processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate new tools or marketing techniques that further improve results.
Align & Communicate Internally
  • Offer data‑driven insights at weekly leadership meetings.
  • Respond promptly to internal team inquiries (via Slack, email, etc.), reducing bottlenecks and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Document roadblocks or unclear tasks immediately and work with the leadership team to resolve them.

Requirements
  • 2+ years managing multiple clients in a marketing, client success, or agency account manager role.
