Director of Service Dog Program Development
Ponte Vedra, FL. Nonprofit seeks full-time Director of Service Dog Program Development.
Duties- Strategic planning and oversight of service dog training and veteran support programs
- Standardize training protocols
- Develop staff/volunteer education
- Implement evaluation tools for canine/handler progress
- Support shelter dog selection and early training
- Collaborate with Warrior Support Team to align training with veteran rehabilitation goals
- Develop new veteran-facing support programs
- Advise on facility and program expansion
- Masters degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Affairs, Public Administration, or Public Policy
- Minimum 12 months experience in Service Dog Organization Administration
Salary: $61,859 per year.
