Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience and that the team maintains high quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, maintain safety and security, ensure profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid in smooth hand‑offs. They also help meet departmental goals and shift targets.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
