The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach is seeking Pool Deckhands. We offer fantastic benefits and rewards, including lunch daily while  full-time team thirty (30+ hours) is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, disability and accident insurance the first month following sixty (60) days of employment. Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan after completing one year of service.

Provide food and beverage services to our private club members and guests.

• Observe and enforce all pool safety rules and regulations
• Clean and maintain pool deck and surrounding area
• Perform regular supply inventories to advise management of needed equipment and supplies
• Monitor pool during pool hours
• Ensure pool maintains local codes/policies for operation
• Perform other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
