Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the cash register area;
Handle money, checks, and other payment types accurately, process refunds and issue merchandise credits;
Perform credit card transactions and other payment-related tasks according to policies;
Verify cash drawer accuracy at start/end of shifts;
Participate in promotions and store campaigns; practice suggestive selling;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store;
Address customer complaints and escalate as needed;
Engage ACE Rewards members and promote participation;
Adhere to safety procedures and incident reporting;
Maintain regular attendance and flexible scheduling
