We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Center Associate at UPS Store #2431 in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience related to The UPS Store or similar retail and shipping environments, ensuring familiarity with shipping procedures, customer service excellence, and store operations.

• Assist customers with shipping, receiving, and packaging services.
• Operate store equipment and software to process orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed.
• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members.
• Able to work a rotating work schedule for weekends for both Saturday and Sunday.

• Previous experience working at a UPS Store or similar retail/shipping service center preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.

• Competitive compensation of $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
